The Green Bridge
The Green Bridge is an ongoing photographic series documenting the original Drury Lane Pedestrian Bridge, which stood in Burlington, ON from 1972 to 2025. Photographed across different seasons and times of day, this series reflects how residents may have viewed and experienced this familiar crossing for over five decades. More than an architectural study, these images aim to preserve the emotional and historical significance of the bridge, showcasing it as a place of connection, reflection and memory within the community. Some of these images are currently on display at Burlington, Ontario City Hall (426 Brant Street, Burlington, ON) from December 12, 2025 – January 12, 2026.
